ECHS Breakfast to Change

Beginning on Monday, August 22, BISD Early College High School (ECHS) students will be served breakfast in the cafeteria rather than the classroom in order to provide a greater variety of menu items that are more appealing and age appropriate. Students will have more choices than were available with the previous “Breakfast in the Classroom” program.
