BISD Artists Place in Contest

A total of 17 talented BISD student artists earned places in the annual Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival Art Contest. Special congratulations to Alexandra Poggio from Pace ECHS who won “Best of Show.” The awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, November 8 at 1:30 at the Harlingen Municipal Auditorium at Fair Park.
