In an effort to meet our employees' needs, Blue Cross Blue Shield has designated a telephone number just for BISD employees and their providers. The number to call is 1-877-219-4303. If an employee has a doctor’s appointment prior to the insurance of a new ID card, call the BISD Employee Benefits Department at 548-8061 to obtain a user ID number. Click here to learn more.
